process covers all the stages of the production from raw material to final
product.
Cotton
We use the finest Egyptian cotton
which meets the highest quality standards. The inspection of the cotton
includes many operations to ensure optimum quality.
Production
Several measures are taken to
avoid problems during the production.
Contamination is avoided by using
the Lopetex technology at the Blow room and in winding by using the
UPC200F clearer.
Manual picking by trained workers
ensures the removal of foreign materials and dead fiber from the cotton prior
to processing.
Automatic Suction System keeps the
machines dust free all the time to reduce the problem of fuzziness and
hairiness.
Testing
Our professional laboratory
members work all the time taking samples at different stages of the production
to ensure that the quality of the fiber is maintained by using the USTER Tester
4 unit.
General precautions are also taken
for the the cleanliness of the factory air and the floor area is cleaned at all
the stages of production.
